James or ‘the mind reader’ as he is otherwise known, takes concepts from meetings and documents and works with his team of creatives to visualise in 2D, 3D and animation, how a game will look and play.
This work is taken to workgroups for feedback, used for promotional material and when a game is in production, James and his team create the full asset library for the production of the game. James has been the creative lead on various projects and has also technical and programming skills.
